You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. By placing an order at ChazArt, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents’ permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at ChazArt for the sale and supply of any products.

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.

Payment

All products remain ChazArt property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from ChazArt.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We don’t accept returns on art prints if the package is opened up because the art print can get scratches and fingerprints on it. You can only return the art print if the tube isn’t opened up.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.



Exchanges

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.

Change is not available, but only in case of the print being damaged while shipping could be replaced.
