Organizer: The raffle is organized by CRT Create, owner of CHAZART.
Eligibility: The raffle is open to individuals aged 18 years and older. By participating, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Entry: To enter the raffle, purchase a raffle ticket for R100. Participants may buy multiple tickets to increase their chances of winning. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Draw Date: The draw will take place roughly two months after competition launch. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
Prize: The winner will receive a painted portrait featuring their face on a 1.5m artwork created by the organizer. The winner must provide a suitable photo for reference.
No Cash Alternative: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
Delivery & Insurance: The raffle does not include delivery or insurance coverage. The winner will be responsible for arranging and covering the costs of both.
Limitation of Liability: CHAZART is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred as a result of participation in the raffle or acceptance of the prize.
Publicity: By entering the raffle, you grant CHAZART the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Changes to Terms: CHAZART reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the raffle at any time without notice.
Governing Law: This raffle is governed by the laws of South Africa.
